Option A - Going Places is designed for graduates who know they want to join our organisation but don’t yet know which of our specialist or business areas they prefer to work in.

Option B - Familiar Faces is designed for graduates who already know which of our specialist or business areas they want to work in; mental health, homelessness, young people, learning disabilities, floating support, housing management or central support (HR, business development, finance, IT, maintenance and property services or strategy and policy).
